ok so i could not lose anymore weight so i posted a topic asking people to look at my diary. most people said i needed to eat more in order to lose more. (seemed crazy and scary to me) but since i was not losing anything anyway i decided to try it. i changed my goals to lose 1/2lb a week instead of a lb to up my calories. i am 5'7 and weigh 130lb GW is 120lbs. since i have been eating more (about 3 days now) i feel like i get hungry alot more often then i did when i was eating less? does this make any sense to anyone? has anyone else experienced this?

yep , your body gets used to the amount of food it is given thats part of the logic behind 'starvation mode'. you wont realise if your not getting enough because you are so used to it but once you eat more your body starts crying out for the amount of food it actually needs, you just have to let your body get used to it.
when i upped my calories from 1200 (i shouldnt have even gone that low in the first place as i didnt have much to lose, but at least i know now) i noticed i got more hungry, i now eat around 1550-1800 depending on exercise.
my body is like clockwork now. i know that i need to eat at 8.30, 11.30, 2.30, 5.30 and 8.30.
my hunger never fails to come at those exact times(as long as ive been on time the rest of the day)
except sometimes at nightbut i still eat anyway.
