I'm so completely bummed! I feel like crap. I lost 5 pounds since I'm been on MFP well I slacked the last couple of days.. meaning I've been missing meals and missed 2 days of exercise. Will now I'm at 210. I feel like I should change the weight that I lost to 0. Idk if it will come off and it's bothering the mess out of me. Any encouraging words and advice.

We all fall down. You just can't dwell on the slack time and put in a little extra to get back to where you were. You have to remeber this isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. Once you finish you have some wiggle room for treats and lazy days but now is not that time. You can have it someday, just not yet. Remember that. Lazy days and treats aren't gone forever, but just for now. But there's no reason to lose hope because of a bad week. Now it's time to wipe the slate clean and get back to work. Good luck!0

i know it sucks..it takes a day or 2 to gain it, and a lot longer to lose..i have been like this frequently..it will be ok, if you feel you should change your weight back to reflect 0, do what you gotta do..get back on the wagon this week, and dont stress..best of luck:flowerforyou:0

Just get back on the horse and eat right this week. Make small goals for yourself, including weekly diet goals..
for example: this week, I am going to limit the amount of sugar.0 -
Continue to stayed focused, maybe twink your food intake this week. I had a rough weekend so I will make sure I stay on track this week and the weekend to come.0
