Videos and no-equipment exercises!

I need some for every area basically.
I can do dips for triceps, I can do leg raises, twists and planks for back and abs, lunges for butt and legs, and I can do push ups for arms and upper back. the only things I have to use is a metal bed frame, a chair and a little floor space (maybe 6 feet square, just enough to stretch out my 5'5 length and raise my arms)
for some cardio, I like doing zumba/kickboxing videos online. for example:

or anything to keep me moving and breathing hard. I get bored easily so I need some new moves.
very much appreciated!

I love youtube for a there's a plethora free workouts, ideas, and how-tos, I learn proper form for curls or a new exercise. I did a 10 minute cardio that had me sweating in place with no equipment, etc. Easy to mix it up when it's free : )0

I really like youtube as well! I have been looking up circut training online and doing that at home with just a skipping rope and some dumbbells the other thing that you really need to keep in mind is that when they are doing the videos, is if there is a move or exercise that you are not comfortable with, juts adapt it to something that you can do!! here are a couple of the circuts that I have been doing!

http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/circuit-training-workout.html
http://www.extreme-fitness-now.com/circuit-training-exercises.html - This last one is just exercises and it tells you what they focus on so you can build your own circuit that is balanced!
Good luck!0 -
