    You look GREAT! What all did you do?

    I took small steps...made better food choices and started doing zumba 3-5 days a week. After a few months I had to start counting calories and that's when I found this wonderful site. It's all about finding what works for you. It really is a lifestyle change. You gotta be able to do it the rest of your life.
    I feel absolutely wonderful now and found a new love of running. It makes me feel so good :) I'm happier and in turn I see that my whole family is too :)
