Sup!?! I'm new to MFP. Well sorta, I've just completed my first week. Happy to report that I lost 7 lbs. Kinda makes you think, dang, how much was I consuming before for me to now lose a pound a day with just logging my food. I know at the beginning it's water weight, but I'll take any weightloss. :)
