Been dieting with the help of my Dr. Am on track, but have been manually calculating everything, keeping a journal. I heard others talking about MFP and am so glad I finally checked it out! This is going to be so much easier!! I already put the app on my phone!
This will help me to remain accountable. I am a every day weigher... not sure its a good idea... but it also helps me to stay on track. I feel better now than I have in 10 years! I am almost to my goal weight, but still need loads of encouragement because with my two kids, it would be easy to jump off and start eating all wrong again. Anyhow... thats me... I weigh in on Fridays with my Dr., so heres to a good week. I didn't lose anything last week, so I am hoping to change that outcome this week!
