if so is there anything i can do at home (im waiting to meet my deductible to go back to my chiropractor) to unlock my C4, C7 and im guessing about TH3? p.s i have a weird curve to my neck where instead of the normal it just / angle with not really any curve we had fixed it but i know its back cuase i haven't gone in a month and half and its killing me any home remedies self cracking positions seriously im dying having a really hard time supporting my head right now
