Turkey Lettuce Wraps - my recipe...

I made these last night and they turned out delicious!
Basically, I took a pack of JENNIE-O (1-2lb) ground turkey. Used half of it and in a little olive oil, I sauted it. As soon as it started to change color, I added some minced garlic for flavor. I also added some taco seasoning (for chicken). Next, added crushed ground pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce (to taste) and a little bit of garlic chilli sauce. You can also add salt if you wish, I took it off my ingredients and added it later when eating. Also, add fresh chopped carrots and green onions. Saute and fry until done. Wash and prep lettuce leaves and serve hot in the leaves.
Oh my gosh......delicious! Not sure about the calorie content but it must be pretty healthy, since I used very little of everything.
