Face Yoga???

I realized that when I sit at my computer for a while (which I do way too often) I tend to get this expressionless face where everything drops down, like a bulldog with a blank stare :laugh: I'm a little bit worried that I might be doing the bulldog face in other situations too. I don't want to end up looking like the zombie bulldog permanently, so I started to do silly faces every now and then just to get the blood circulation back into my cheeks and to remind my face that it is still there. We're working on toning every other part of our bodies, but you rarely hear about toning the face. Has anyone here done some kind of face exercise? Does it work or is this just silly?

    I used to do them all the time at college. We looked like a right load of tossers, but it was totally worth it, especially if you could get through the entire clas without laughing too hard :P That being said, we did performing art and needed to get control of our faces jut as much as our bodies, not sure of the benefits for non performance work, but I do know that they work.

    There's a lady out there (I forget her name) who does face exercises as part of her workout system - she's like 70 and looks 35. Of course she may just be genetically gifted or have had plastic surgery, but the point is, I have heard of face workouts. It can't hurt! :bigsmile:

    first off lemme say i wish i cud see the bull dog face lol second off hay what can it hurt lol other than if u do it in front of people u may scare em' lol
