Does anyone know why Strength training doesn't add to calories lost?

It does if you add it under cardio.0

Because unles you do a lot really fast, it doesn't get your heart rate up enough to burn any extra calories. In which cae it's not really strength anymore it's cardio and should be entered there instead.0

It will burn extra calories. What's nice about strength training is it will burn calories AFTER your workout when you're resting. Don't stop strength training!!0
