What a good day

Monday's are my weigh in days. Today showed that im now into a healthy BMI range instead of being in the overweight range. I started at the end of febuary and was in the obease range. What are your accomplishments? I run 4 to 5 times a week and last week ran my furthest distance of 6.35 miles.

    Very Cool! That is my next step too - to have my BMI in the "acceptable" range.

    Congratulations! Mondays are my weigh-in days as well. Since last Monday (when I decided to get back on track), I have lost 3 pounds, 1 1/2 inches. That's encouraging as I want to lose a minimum of 1 pound a week.
