My office is having an "Appetizer MANIA" food day on Wednesday and I'm looking for something simple and healthy to bring in that my co-workers will love! Any suggestions?

    i love tandoori chicken skewers, i make the tandoori masala by myself, then marinate chunks of boneless skinless chicken breasts in it overnite, skewer them up and grill! they are high protein and very low fat!

    Prosciutto wrapped figs - healthy and easy to make. Plus they can be served cold or you can put them under the broiler to crisp up the prosciutto if that is your preference.
