I've been checking out several online body fat percentage calculators but it seemed that I never got below 25% which is in the "acceptable" range. I wanted to have BF of 23-24% which is considered ideal & in the "fitness" range. However I can already feel my bones in my arms, elbows, hips & butt and there are times that I get bumped on my bones while doing crunches or just simply leaning in a glass. Now I'm not too sure how accurate those calculators are. I know underwater weighing in is the most accurate option but its too expensive & its not available yet in my country. What are the cheaper options that I can do? I really want to know my BF% so I can track if I'm still within my limits or no.
