Hi
Have heard a lot of people giving this a go and tried it last week. it was OK but a little bland. Obviously I would make it more tasty by adding a ton of cheese and butter. Can anyone help me out with a good recipe for this?
I would be sooo grateful!
Cheers

I make this often. Sometimes I add a little chicken broth to bump up the flavor without adding calories. Sometimes I will add in just one potato to add more body. You can add parmesan cheese, you can get a lot of flavor with only using a little with that stuff. Try reduced fat cheeses or play around with spices. I usually only use salt and pepper but I am not an adventurous eater. I hope this helps.

I like to add horseradish or garlic to bump up the flavor.

For mashed cali I usually put in one or two wedges of laughing cow swiss. Makes it creamy and yummy!

I also use it instead of rice or pasta...add a little pasta sauce you really can't tell the difference!

In my recipe that I posted, above, I use a half can of Campbell's Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup or Cream Of Celery Soup to make them creamy and delicious.

I've received hundreds of emails thanking me for this recipe.

Be sure to drain the cauliflower thoroughly so that it's not watery.

Ooh, that sounds so good, I will do that next time, which will be soon since I bought 2 heads of cauliflower today! Can't wait!

Lots and lots and lots of black pepper! Gives it a lovely kick and complements the cauli really well.
