In search of a light cream sauce

Tonight is meatless mondays in our house and tonight i was going to make spaghetti squash and serve over the top, a light cream sauce with mushrooms and spinach stirred into it. Sounds yummy to me, but i need a recipe for a light cream sauce that wont kick up the calorie count. Anyone?

    If the cream sauce uses sour cream I would substitute o% Plain greek yogurt. It tastes the same.
