Jumping jacks
Mountain Climbers
Crunches
Burpies
Walking Lunges

Set up: You will need two cones spaced out to a distance of your desire. Claim a cone A and cone B

Perform 10 Jumping jacks at cone A then do walking lunges to cone B, complete 10 mountain climbers, perform walking lunges to cone A, complete 10 crunches... lunges to cone B and complete 10 burpeis.

Repeat for 10 to 30 minutes
