i have been stuck at about the same weight forever!! i am 5'7 and my CW is 130lbs. my GW is 120lbs. i posted before because i could not lose any weight and needed advice. many people told me to up my calories. i was scared to do this as i thougt i would gain(eat more to lose seems kind of silly) BUT.........i changed my goals from 1lb a week weight loss to 1/2lb to increase my calories. i decided to weigh myself today because i have been eating more for 4 days and wanted to be sure i was not gaing. and BEHOLD i lost 1/2 lb!!!!! i am not documenting it yet because i want to be sure it sticks but i am ELATED i did not gain and the scale is moving DOWN!!! im doing a freaking happy dance right now. lol eating more to lose more seemed silly and scarry but it works!!!!

    Congrats!

    Eating more to lose is what worked for me. :) Yes, it seems counterproductive but really... it's no different than going on a long car trip and not putting gas in your car, but expecting it to get you there.
