Ice Cold NSV

Kinda pleased with myself, today.

After suffering from L4-L5 disc prolapse in 2007, I lost strength in my legs, more so in my left. Add to that the weight gain from being laid up, bending to pick things up was a task.

Since joining MFP and starting to shift my *kitten* resulting in me losing 18lbs, I've gained some strength back in my legs.

So much so that, last night at hockey training, I managed to pull off one of the balance drills. dropping to one knee,idling the standing back up to repeat with the other leg. :o)
