What's your best work out that gave you the biggest results?
A couple of years ago I lost about 8 pounds doing Jillian Michaels and water aerobics. I was also tracking my eating using Weight Watchers.

Insanity has given me the best results so far-in combination with diet of course. A decade ago I did Tae Bo with good results, but it didn't compare to Insanity.

Kickboxing! I burn just under 400 calories in 30 min. Swimming is also great :flowerforyou:

Today I'm starting a routine of run everyday, do Insanity 6 days a week, and count every calorie I eat/burn with MFP. I'm expecting phenomenal results :) I'll also be stretching every day, and soon I hope to be doing a Wing Chun class twice a week.

    P90X

I tried P90X with little to no results. Did the full 90 days. Very disappointed. I'm giving it another try.

Heard a lot of good results from Insanity.

Really? I couldn't imagine getting through such an intense program with no results. I hope you have better luck with it this time!

Just give it your all and "Do your best and forget the rest". Just be patient. You won't regret it.

Can't dispute that. That is good, honest, straight forward cardio.
