Way to go! I remember when I hit that same point. It's a tremendous feeling of accomplishment.

I think slowly but surely is the best way to go. This is a time for all of us to relearn how to eat - what to eat and when to eat.

I know how you feel. I had the same experience a few weeks ago. Was so excited that I called my husband and my mother. Husband said yea, but I could here it in his voice really you are calling me about this.

KEEP it up it will only get better and I can not wait for it!!!!!

Very well done! It shows you do have the strength of spirit and commitment to accomplish your goals. Remember that if something tries to bring you down. You've shown yourself you can do this! Be proud!

Me too! Good Job. It does kinda help with the motivational part of things. I only have to lose 9 to 10 pounds until I'm considered "healthy". Keep up the good work!
