Awesome app for runners!!

I just discovered this amazing app for runners, called the Runner's Calculator. It helps you figure out your VO2 max, and then shows you all sorts of things - target hear rate zones, carbs vs. fat burned, calories figured out two ways: weight/distance or vo2 max/pulse (2nd one much much MUCH more accurate), it has a GPS and stopwatch and gives you your bmi and body fat (based on waist measurement) - but it tells you what range you're in based on height, weight and waist: average, athletic, etc.

It's very cool. I'm nursing a tendonitis thing right now, but I can't wait to get my true VO2 max and really start to figure out how many calories I'm burning. Plus, it's nice to know that I'm on the right track with my fitness level :)
