New to my fitness pal

I started fitness pal a week ago and really enjoy checking in and reading everyone's post. There are many inspirational stories.
I find it very easy to log food, exercise. I recently had surgery on my knee and did not have the best of outcome. So I believe if I get some of this weight off I will have a better chance at a good recovery. I am hoping to have 12-15 off in 6 weeks before I go back to the doctor. My daughter and I are doing this together, she is trying to get her baby weight off so we motivate one another. Exercise
is not easy for me right now due to knee issues so hoping to get moving soon which will help with my weight loss. :smile:
