    good luck to both of you. My suggestion is to write down your goals and your motivations and review them daily. Most of the weight loss "challenge" begins with your mindset. If you are mentally prepared, you can do it.

    I'm a little new too! Welcome! :) I started using my fitness pal the 3rd week in July and I've already lost 7 pounds! I can't believe the results I'm getting! My health and energy levels are better. It feels good to feel good about my body again!
