Anyone doing this or have their kids on this? A coworker told me about it and I just want to know how hard you found it to follow.

    We've used it for many years. Go for it. You'll be so glad. Join the support group--Feingold Association so that you do it right. There is also a good Yahoo group, but membership in the FA is very important.

    I have never heard of it. I suppose i could google it. Could you tell us a little about it.

    Essentially it limits foods with alot of additives with the principle that it's supposed to reduce ADD/ADHD symptoms in children and adults. It apparently has other benefits as well but it seems to reduce alot of foods. Here's a link for the list of foods that are not recommended:
