I'm new to this site and don't understand all the bumps. What does this mean? Thanks in advance!!

    hi there and nice to meet you.
    when someone writes ''bump'' in a thread, it means they want it brought back to the ''recent posts''. like they are bumping it back up to the top of the lists of topics :wink:

    It means "Bring Up My Post". If you add to a thread it comes up under My Topics. So if you don't have anything to add at the time but want to easily find the thread to refer to later, people tend to type "bump" and then it gets added to their topics. You don't have to type bump, you can type anything and it does the same thing.
