I work out 7 days a week. I do 2/3 cardio and 1/3 freeweights. the 6th and 7th day I do yoga and stretch. Sometimes I take a day off. Usually on my pure cardio days. FW/C, C, FW/C, C, FW/C, Y and then Stretch. That is my routine. This is why my results are great. I have hit a platiau, fat wise. my muscles are growing and my fat is going slower. I would say that my athletic body needs to become more athletic. Bump it up a notch. Build more muscle. Muscle burns fat, or Muscle needs more energy to exist. I have decieded to do P90X which I already own and change my work out routine. Let's see if that will turn on my fat thermostat again.
  • Even working out a lot as I have, it's not coming off that quickly. Well done for finding something that works for you though.

I'm taking up a regular strength training routine so maybe that will encourage things a bit!

    Thanks for sharing.
