Finally I am not overweight any longer. I have finally achieved the high end of normal BMI. Yeah!!

    I am currently in the obese category after travelling down from morbidly obese, it won't take too much more of a loss for me to hit the spot you are sat in right now, but when i do i'll be well chuffed :)
