Immerge eggs in cool water in a pot on the top of the oven, when water is boiling put the timer for 8 minutes Take it off from the top of the oven and put it in the sink
Let the eggs on the pot and let run lucky warm water until you can tolerate the temperature to start to peel them, do not take them off the water, take it one by one to peel.
Et Voila! no more sticky shell and eggs braking apart!
Hope that help

You hard boil eggs for 8 minutes?!

Wow, they must be like rubber!

3 minutes for half and half, 5 minutes for hard boiled!
