So a co-worker of mine and I are talking today!! She says to me "Just the person I want to see". Me: "ok" She then says "I know you have been losing weight and doing a really good job at it. I want to know some of your secrets" I was over the moon!!! I never though that I could motivate people!! And only at 35 pounds down!! Whoop!!
