    Most definitely!! Yoga is awesome for so many reasons... it's relaxing, calming, invigorating, is great for flexibility and balance and so much more.

    There are many types of Yoga...more gentle yogas to Vinassa...

    It definitely does! It relaxes the muscles and give you a refreshed feeling, especially at the end of class. Its like a free massage each and every time. Keep at it! It will reduce stress and help with hormonal imbalances.

    If you do it properly it will. Put your entire self into it & you'll have success. Do it like I've done it where you aren't focused on the actual physical activity & you're still thnking about all the other stuff you have to do & what you're stressed about, it won't work as much. Do it like it is designed & it should work great for you!

  • I find it relaxing.

    Personally, I would rather get my heart pumping on the elliptical and crank up the ipod.

    You have to find what works for you. Exercise in general is great for stress.
