Oh my-- yes-- I've overdone it now for the 4th day straight-- enough's enough.
Get back on track-- get on the scale, take your medicine and get refocused.0 -
I hear you on this one! I have been totally off track for a good month now. I miss seeing those numbers on the scale going down instead of going up!
Tomorrow is the beginning of some serious changes. Leftovers are going in the trash and I am going back to the gym! I'll come back and check in after I am able to part with that leftover cheesecake...
Yes, there will be a moment of silence before it goes in the can!0 -
I made it through Day 1. Abit over on the carbs and fat, but at least I don't feel guilty.:flowerforyou:0

I pitched Almond Spritz Cookies, Chocolate Mint Brownies, Frosted Sugar Cookies, Peppermint Bark and Pretzel/Hershey Hugs/M&M treats this morning. There was definitely a moment of shock and they sweet stuff hit the garbage.....and a few tears shed. :drinker: Here's to getting back on track! Kati0 -

Yes.....and I am happy to report that I officially threw away all the leftovers last night!!:drinker: I had 4 straight days of going waaaay over on my calories, fat and everything else!:grumble: Havent even been on the scale yet...Im such a chicken!0 -
