Wonderful New Pizza Recipe!!!!

I found a great recipe for healthy pizza the other day. I tried it and I cant believe how good it taste. It has almost no fat and low carbs a great treat without the cheat!


1 cup cooked cauliflower riced
1 egg
3/4 cup fat free Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup spaghetti or pizza sauce ( I used spaghetti)

Toppings
8oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/2 large onion

Directions

Preheat over to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray

In a medium bowl combine cauliflower, egg and mozzarella, press into pan evenly. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano and parsley.

Bake at 450 for 12-15min

While crust is baking chop toppings and saute them if you want to make them tender in cooking spray.

Remove pan from oven and add sauce, toppings, and cheese. Cook a few minutes longer.


Don't be afraid of the cauliflower crust it sounds strange but it is a real delight!!!

Make s 4 servings (I doubled this recipe when I made it and the kids loved it)
