Oh boy have I got some kissing up to do. I forgot to give my kitten Charlotte water today and she fell in the toilet trying to get some :blushing: She came in all wet and gave me the worst stinkeye I've seen in a long time...wonder if canned cat food will get me out of the dog house or if I should come home with new toys also.

Wet cat food, a new toy, and a little catnip to top it off.

Get her some of the good soft food, and a laser pointer to distract her. She'll forgive you. lol

Ooh a laser pointer is an excellent idea. Her last one stopped working and then she attacked it. I'm still finding pieces of it *sigh* I still feel like such a jerk...

I recently moved and got a cat and I'm really excited! My previous place didn't let me have pets, but now I can finally have my very own furbaby! Her name is Souffle, and this thread mentions that the OP's cat looked at her and she knew what the cat was thinking. That's awesome!

Trying hard to bond with Souffle, and so far I have:
    -taken her on walks
-gotten a booster seat for her to eat at the table (I live alone and it's nice to have company)
    -watched a movie together
    -slept with her

I want to know if OP or anyone else can help me learn what cats mean when they make certain faces or do certain things. I'd love it if me and Souffle could get even closer than we are now!

You guys should take a bath together! You can wash her fur. And she can lick you dry once you are out of the bathtub.

I was actually looking for more suggestions about how to interpret the faces she makes.

My profile pic is of Souffle. She's so stinkin' cute! But I have no idea what she's trying to say. :frown:
