1400 weekly/daily meal plans

Options
does anyone have a current full day/weekly plan they follow or can recommend a good website to use?

Aside from trying to lose weight I am also trying to lower my budget of food per week, as I'm averaging roughly $100 per week just myself.

Thanks.

The macros are cals carbs g/fat g/protein g :) (yea im a geek

¼ cup oats (uncooked) with protein powder and 1/4 blue berries = 213 22/4/27

    Morning Snack
    250ml low fat bio yoghurt + Chocolate Protein = 207 13/3/31

    Lunch – roughly 300 cals <40g carb/10g fat/ 15 – 20g protein

    Afternoon Snack
    Either
    125g Cottage cheese + honey = 151 5/5/16
    OR
    2 Hard-boiled eggs = 140 2/10/12

    AND one of
    Greek yoghurt + half banana = 161 23/6/7
    Celery + peanut butter = 156 9/10/6
    Trail Mix = 150 = 13/10/5

If I need during the day I also add:
    Fruit Serve + 80 cals
    Veggie Sticks + 30 cals
    1 cup popcorn – 60 cals

fromaquizer: I can't remember if you are vegetarian or not?
Champion protein intake for no meat there though :)
    Great choices.

Ya I'm a veggie - quite a newbie though - only 6 months into it so it has been a bit of a mish suddenly having no tuna and chicken! All part of the challenge though right. I'm not gonna lie that plan took a bit to work out :) thank god for whey :D
