Sex Drive?
I was curious about everyone's sex drive.....meaning this:
When you were at your heaviest weight did you still have a healthy sex drive?
If not - did it get better once you started working out and losing some weight?
My main reason for asking is because I had always had a pretty healthy sex drive and my Husband definitely has one....I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago and since then I have had some pretty rapid weight gain (I won't blame it all on the PCOS though - a lot had to do with depression from multiple miscarriages, laziness and eating terribly) When I started to gain weight I still had a pretty decent drive - but over the last year my drive has been pretty much zero. Not saying we never have sex - but it's WAY less than usual....UNTIL I started working out again.
I have only lost 13lbs so far (which I am very proud of) but I have noticed a pretty dramatic increase in my sex drive since I started eating better and working out on a daily basis. I find it interesting how much weight, diet and overall health affects the sex drive...
So I was just curious about how it has effected others...
