If you're limiting anything in your diet, you should always take a multi-vitamin.0

I use almond milk where I used to use dairy milk. Almonds and avocado are also a source of "good" fat.

Fat hides in many places. I too am on a very reduced fat intake. I snack on non-fat yogurt, dried apricots, raw veggies, things of that nature. Have you googled low-fat foods? You can get ideas that way, too. As for calcium, leafy green vegetables have lots of calcium. I rarely eat dairy either, and drink only almond milk. Tofu has good calcium, as does flax seeds and meal. A google search will help you out with that as well. Good luck! I am 5'7" and weigh 120 and have amazing energy. Low fat, high carbs, small meals throughout the day. I do take a multivitamin from GNC. This regime works well for me and has for a long time.0

I have to eat low fat more for my health than for diet. I do allow some calcium, I eat a yogurt everyday. I also do non fat milk in my smooothies and low fat string cheese for snacks. If you're not getting at least 1,000 mgs of calcium a day you should be taking a supplement. There are veggies that have calcium though. I know spinach has calcium, so does brussels sprouts, butternut squash, celerey, kale, to name a few. Endamame and nave beans have a good amount of calcium as well. Fruits that have calcium are blackberries, dates, grapefruit, oranges, pomegranate. I have osteoporosis and I have to eat at least 1200 mgs of calcium daily, according to my doctor. She advised that I try to get as much from my food as I can because there can be long term side effects from taking too much calcium supplement.
More on low fat, if you eat meat, choose lean cuts. Chicken and turkey breasts, white meat basically. Fish and seafood, extra lean ground beef and cuts of steak. Or, trim the fat off and just eat the lean parts. My diet is more specifically low on animal fats so I get a decent amount of healthy fats like olive oil, fish fats, etc. Careful when buying lowfat foods, they often have added sugar or salt to make up for taste. I try to eat mostly vegetables and fruit with bits of protein thrown in to my main meals. Fruits and vegetable are naturally low in fat.0
