working Nights

Hey Everyone.

I was wondering if anyone else out there may be in the same predicament that I am. i work Nightshift 5 nights a week and sometimes don't know how or what day I should be tracking my food. I have been doing midnight to midnight and that seems to be working, but if others have any suggestions, i would be more than happy to hear them. i am new to the site and have only been using it for 2 weeks but have already seen a big change in the scale :) Looking for new friends/supporters so please feel free to add me! Here to being a 'Loser" :)

    I also work night shift...I have been doing the same thing as you have with the food. Keeping track midnight to midnight. I usually try to work out when I get up so I don't keep putting it off. Feel free to add :)
