What did you eat today?

Hi everyone.. I love seeing what other people had to eat today for breakfast, lunch, dinner.. snacks. Always gives me more ideas instead of always eating the same thing over & over again.... day by day LOL. So for those who would actually like to respond.. what did YOU eat today?
For me..
Pre-workout (7am) - Half of a banana.
-- 30 mins of treadmill, 15 mins of elliptical interval.
Post workout (10am) - 2 slices of Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain Bread with Trader Joes organic peanut butter.
Lunch - Tofu shirataki noodles with Classico Light Alfredo sauce along with grilled herb chicken & sauteed garlic zucchini & tomatoes.
Snacks - Atkins Advantage Protein Bar - Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch (SOO GOOD!!!) only 1g of sugar and 10g protein!
Dinner - Kashi Go Lean Cereal (lol so good) with unsweetened almond milk and strawberries.
For me..

For breakfast, I had Coach's Oats oatmeal with a teaspoon of brown sugar, along with a cup of Earl Grey.
For lunch, I had most of a mango wrap with some steak in it from the Tainamite truck:

I also had some raw baby carrots, and some cantaloupe.
I've had 3 cups of tea total, but only one was caffeinated.
I'm not sure about dinner yet. I think it'll be tacos of some kind, depending on what kinds of ingredients we have at home.0 -
Breakfast was a cheese egg white omelet, two strips of bacon, one slice of toast w spray butter, and a sugar free redbull
Lunch was 5 chicken nuggets, frozen lasagna, and steamed broccoli. When you eat the chicken nugget and lasagna together in the same bite it taste like chicken parm...... yummmmmmmm chicken parm......
Snack - large apple and string cheese
Dinner was 4 oz of baked chicken, 1 cup of rice (i used steak season when making the rice instead of salt and butter), and a can of green beans tossed with hot sauce. I washed it down with a Trop cooler (4 oz of pineapple mango trop 50 juice and lemon lime seltzer water - better than soda and only 40 cals)0
