Protein powder in hot milk?

Specifically, chocolate whey protein powder. Has anyone tried this? Is it good or nasty?

Never tried it in hot milk, but in cold milk it tastes like great chocolate milk. I suppose hot it would taste like hot chocolate!

I just tried this, it clumps a little but tastes good. I used vanilla

I've put it in hot coffee. It's pretty good. Like ^ she said - it clumps a little but I just kept stirring while I was drinking.

I suggest you shake the milk and powder together to get it smooth and then heat it. I used a blender to make a pitcher-full for the week and then shook it and poured it as needed. Nuking it a couple of minutes will give you the hot choc vibe.
