Hello Peeps,

I am looking for people who have completed Turbo Fire and what were their results. I am just curious on how you did with the program. I am on week 4 of Turbo Fire.

    I am on week 4 too! I think you can search on here results, I have seen some, they're pretty awesome!

    I am on week 13 I first started losing inches and now the weight is starting to come off it is a slow process but I am toning up like crazy.... I LOVE this workout program. Wait till you get to TurboFIre 60 DVD. all I can say is WOW. I burned 1,960 calories with that dvd and the ab dvd together. SO MUCH FUN!!!!
    I have a very hard time losing weight most people lose a lot more weight than I am. I am happy as long as the scale keeps moving down. I can tell you that when I first started I was on the second hole on my belt and now I am on the 5th... VERY EXCITING!!! How are your results so far? are you following Chalenes eating guide? I am for the most part I may substitute a few items.I am also drinking Shakeology, I am about to be done with my first month of the shakes I am on auto direct shipping so I should receive my next shipment soon.     I'll have final results this weekend! I'm on week 12 (but it's taken me a lot longer than 12 weeks). So far I've lost 6lbs but the difference in appearance is pretty major I think. I almost have a six pack.

    I'm on Week7 Day2. So far I love Turbo Fire and I've been toning up. The scale stays within a 2lbs range but I'm trying not to go by the scale. I took Day 1 and Day 30 pictures. I highly recommend. I didn't think I was losing anything and then when I compared the pictures I saw that I look more toned. Keep at it girl...you'll love the results.

    I think most people START to see results around week 4-6. By then you have the routines down and can start to REALLY push the limits in how hard you make your workout. Like she says though, "Its YOUR workout." So you will get what you put into it.

    Yes that is me I have a total of 4 inches around my body but only .5 a pound. But I love the fact that you say you are toning up, cannot wait until that starts to happen. WOW that is crazy calorie burn with TurboFire 60. You are just like me I have a hard time loosing weight too.I have been here almost a year and have only lost 14lbs it has not been easy but I have not given up and will continue going until I get to my goal. I am not following the eating guide right now I am zig zagging calories to see if that helps me start going again. After that I am going to stick to 1500 calories a day. I will go ahead and add you as a friend. Do you have any pictures of your progress?

    You know I only took one picture for day one but will definitely take more at day 30. Would you mind sharing your pictures with me?

    That makes sense to really start seeing results into then because you are right once you know the routine you push extra hard because you are not stopping to learn the moves.

    I lost those last 10 lbs with Turbofire and Shakeology and finally met my goal weight. Its an amazing workout!!!!
