I just made small adjustments to the things I do normally, like instead of driving to work I'd ride my bike (I'm sure that doesn't help with the 12 yr old comments haha) I also did the 30 day shred which is awesome. I made sure to stick with the MFP calorie counter and log everything I ate and just tried my hardest to stick to some sort of healthy routine without driving myself nuts lol
There has been so many times I've tried losing weight and just was like uggghhh I'll start tomorrow or the next day and that would never happen. This site has definitely helped a lot. Everyone on here has been supportive and helpful its been so nice.0 -
