Hi!

I am looking for some feedback from folks who have done Chalean Extreme AND did it for weight loss (not just toning and definition on an already sleek body) AND were on the heavy side (200+) when they started.

Did you find it too difficult because of your weight?

Did you find it truly helped shed pounds faster?

What were your results?

I am a 31 year old mother of 2 who is 12 weeks post partum. (If you are a mother reading this, Im sure you can relate to the jello belly I am currently lugging around!) I have buckled down for the last 3 months and lost 34lbs bringing me 12lbs BELOW the weight I was when I became pregnant. Thankfully the weight is still coming off as Id like to lose another 46lbs! Im very careful with my diet and nearly religious with my cardio. I do not follow any particular cardio routine, I do some Zumba on the Wii, ride my bike, garden, yardwork...I like variety. A gym membership is not in the budget, but Im not really keen on the idea of leaving my 12 week old in gym daycare anywho. I was hoping this program would help me shed the weight a bit faster and maybe fix some of my jiggly bits. Is this an unrealistic expectation?

Please share your honest thoughts!

Thank you so much!

  • I did ChaLean Extreme for about 2 months. I didn't have super great weight loss results, but I did notice I was a little bit stronger. I'm close to 300 lbs. and I didn't find it too, too difficult. There were some moves that I had to modify, but I could finish the workouts.

Hey! I'm a new mother too! My son is 8 weeks and I was going to start the Chalean Extreme after a bout of slim in six! I did Chalean extreme before, and I was about 250, lost a ton of weight! I got down to 200, and I was not watching my diet at all. It's true, muscle burns fat. But I stopped it when I hurt my back and became pregnant...I was not careful, and now I'm back up to 250...I got that jello belly, and I hate it. I'm trying to jump back into working out...but its so hard with the little one! Definitely do the Chalean Extreme, I got better results when I used weghts, but I can't use those with my back problems, so I'm going to use the resistance bands. Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend!
