Schnitzel recipe, urgently needed!

Hello there, I am looking for a recipe for beef schnitzel that isn't plain crumbed schnitzel (eg stuffed) and does not have fruit or nuts in it, I have a very fussy bf!

I've been eating authentic schnitzel since I was 1 year old and have never heard of it having fruit, nut or being stuffed - anything like this should not be called a schnitzel imo.
This is a real Wiener Schnitzel except I've never heard of anyone useing rice flour for it:
