Hi everyone, my name is Rachel and i am aiming to lose 32 pounds to be at a goal weight of 150. This summer, I went away to fitness camp and lost 25 pounds (yay!), and now i'm trying to continue my success at home. I'm a soccer player, and my weight loss has already improved my skills and shown in my playing, but I still need to lose more. Any advice/encouragement is welcomed and appreciated (:

    Welcome, Rachel!

    Sounds like you're off to a terrific start! Strength training plus cardio will give great results, but whatever you do, have fun with it so that you'll keep with it. And eat your cals daily! :)
