Just a little note to say Hi. I've been on the weight loss journey for about 5 - 6 weeks now and lost 7.5 Kg. My short term goal is 75 (only 3.5more Kgs to go) and my long term goal is 70 - or there abouts anyways. That puts my BMI right smack bang in the middle of the green wedge. I've only been using MFP for a bit over a week and am loving it!!! I wish I'd known about this for years!
In short, my name is Julie (I prefer Julz), I am married, I have 2.5 kids and a dog, I work three days a week as an urban/statutory planner, I put on too much weight while I was trying to juggle studying, working and runnning a family and house. I'm now finished studying and am putting all my energy back to focusing on getting myself healthy again.
My biggest weaknesses are wine and cheese (yuuuuuuuummmmmmm) and my greatest strengths are my will power and determination. I'm happy to encourage anyone who needs it - after all we all need it every now and then:-)
