New to MFP

Hi! My name is Lisa and I am new here also. I am mid-40's and was always slim when I was younger so never really learned to choose food wisely. I ate what I wanted. It has caught up with me. I play soccer several times a week with 3 different teams (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) so it's not like I'm lazy. I also started working up to running this year with my best friend of 30 yrs. I have noticed the last 3 days on here that I stop and think 'do I want to have to enter that on my log' and I am doing better about the snacking. I need to expand my exercise though, which is hard to get motivated in the TX heat! Can't wait for it to cool down a bit! My goal is to lose at least 70. I think I would be happy there! Looking for real people support!
