hi im salah, since im posting here you know im new :P, i joined MFP to gain control and start my life. i just wanted to make friends that will help me stay on the path i've chosen so i can create a new me. my goal right now is to get from 235lb's to 200lb's. i will be in my second year in college, this semester i chose to do taekwondo, i am hoping that will help me reach my main goal of getting below 190lb's. if you have any tips/advice im here to learn and grow :)
