A friend of mine is coming over for dinner. I want to make her and her BF something wonderful and AMAZING. She cannot eat any gluten d/t celiac's disease. I also don't want to slave always in the kitchen for 5674839029587 years. Ideas? Hints? Tips? Tricks? Recipes? I normally don't do the gluten free thing so I am pretty LOST

I'm coeliac and one of my fave quick dishes is a stir fry. I just stir fry a load of veggies, you could add beef or chicken and add gluten free soy sauce (some brands are naturally GF, just check labels!), sweet chilli sauce (again check ingredients), fresh grated ginger, garlic and chopped coriander etc.... and serve with rice or rice noodles.
I often marinate beef strips in hoisin sauce for 30 mins first.... again, just check the labels first.0
