Interesting stuff.
I've been exercising to earn extra food to eat, the restricted calories leaves me huuuuungry. So, most days, eat my ex cal and a little over, haven't been watching the scale really, haven't been doing it long enough to identify any trends.
Think I shall enjoy following your experiment.0 -
