My weight is so sensitive from day to day that it doesn't stress me out to accept a pound or 2 gain. I get to accept something else the next day! Maybe it's not such a bad thing to weight yourself everyday... the ups and downs don't freak me out as much anymore.0

I normally fluctuate within a fairly narrow range, so I find it hard to accept when I leave that range, but easier to accept if I understand why (which I kind of do this time).0
